  • What type of programs can we include in our Youth Registration?
Registration for any youth tennis program may be held on Youth Registration. However, if you don't have a team tennis offering, we encourage you to start one and use the Youth Registration event to recruit players as well as parents to coach and/or manage teams. The USTA has information on how to start and run a successful team program and workshops to help train parents. The most successful programs are those that combine competition with the opportunity to play with and meet new friends.

  • I have registered my organization to host a Youth Registration event, but we do not currently offer a Jr. Team Tennis program. Can someone help me get a program started?
There are several options available. You can start a team tennis effort at your facility or you can take advantage of the program offered by the USTA. The USTA offers a Jr. Team Tennis program featuring local and national championship level play. It allows your kids to play at a local community level, and when you think they are ready, you have the option to enter them at the national championship level. Either way, you can find information and instructions on starting and managing a team tennis program at www.jrteamtennis.usta.com.
